For the past eight years Brothers, the source for 1947-87 Chevy & GMC truck parts, has been hosting a great show & shine to support it’s wealth of customers, giving them a great place to show off their GM only rides.Since it’s inception Brothers has hosted the show at the popular Featherly Park in Anaheim, California which provides plenty of shade for the large show area. This year the show was so huge extra space in the park was needed just to fit in all of the great classic GM trucks. If you like old GM iron, then there is no doubt the Brothers Show & Shine is the place to be. Classics of all ages converged on the park and ranged from full blown hot rod customs to the most detailed restored haulers you’ve ever seen. Mingled among some of the amazing show vehicles were numerous under construction trucks which gave an idea as to what some people are currently working on with hopes of having finished in time for next year’s Show & Shine. The weather was typical Southern California hot but the shade of the trees made the day very comfortable, especially so many people to talk to and a wealth of vendors on hand to shop. Of course Brothers had their rig out there offering great deals on parts, many of which were given away in the giant raffle. When it was all said and done, hundred’s of awards and gifts were presented to the huge crowd on hand. You could tell people really enjoy this show.Eight years of continued growth pretty much insures this is definitely one of the best GM truck shows in the country.Click Here to check out Brian McCormick’s article and photos on Truck World’s website.
